Kris Sivaguru, President
Mr. Sivaguru is founder and CEO of Shinol Inc. His background is in mechanical engineering, and he is constantly working towards the growth and development of the company in order to achieve recognition and be industrial leader in the field of janitorial services.
He brings over 18 years experience in managing daily housekeeping/cleaning, grounds-keeping, waste management, maintenance and health & safety; in Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, Educational, and Retail facilities.
Mr. Sivaguru has been working in this industry in the GTA area since 1995.
Maureen Perinpanathan, General Manager
Ms. Perinpanathan is a registered nurse who joined Shinol in 2003, as health and safety coordinator. She conducts all of Shinol Inc.’s Health and Safety trainings, monthly meetings and schedules all offsite specialized training as well.
Ms. Perinpanathan is committed to, and bettering Shinol Inc.’s due diligence system, currently she has been appointed as the company’s General Manager.
